Saturday morning I abused my body, wouldn't be so bad if I was 30. Saturday night at work I was about to die.
Sunday a bit better, Monday night getting better then worse, walking around was better then would get worse....sitting was terrible, well getting up was the bad part.
Decided to get me a dvd on stretching and or yoga, looking at amazon, found just what I was looking for.......price was free for prime members
Got home this morning slept for 4hrs, got up and turned on the PS to check out prime, did search on yoga and there popped up a whole mess of videos to watch
I picked Yoga for the Inflexible, episode 1 back stretching about 15min, I'm done for the day, went to the course to walk 9 and honestly felt a bit better
Tomorrow I'll redo episode 1 and do 2 also, 4 episodes about 15min each
It my legs thats in really bad shape right now, on the inside top of both legs. I knew I needed to get back to stretching, and the older I get the more I need it.........get'r done.

@X20 I started a little yoga about a month ago with the Wii fit balance board. I know, kinda old and cartoony, but I must say after a few "sessions", I had a little more flexibility and much less stiffness. It's the little things that go a long way! Keep up the good work!!
Check out The Foundation which is exercises for the back. You can google it or watch video on UTube. I think it has really helped me in flexibility.
