I am hitting snap hooks so I'm looking to try the fade setting on my new Rogue driver. However, Callaway's video, which mentions D and N lower ring settings, does not match my driver, which has +1, D, S and N settings. Why do I have a different lower ring and what would be the most "fadeest" settings? Thx
It can be a little confusing in the beginning when you’re messing around with the settings, but I also wanted to make sure you didn’t buy the Rogue Draw Driver?
If you have the standard Rogue you should be able to turn to +1 to help offset some of your hook/draw/pull.
Yes, the top ring is "N" and bottom is "+1", which I tried yesterday for the first time. My previous driver is the Ping G (55g shaft) which did not produce this snap hook. Perhaps this 50g Regular flex shaft is too soft.
I agree with @ShaneWu, and would try -1,N. When you reduce the loft, that should slightly open the face.
No amount of adjustment can fix a snap hook. That's all face to path issues. Most likely your upper body is getting ahead of your lower body.
I agree with PC98, indian not the arrow. Draw setting just puts the lie angle a little more toe down, lie angle is vital on high lofted clubs but has much less effect on a driver.
