@PC98 If you are consistently hitting the ball fat the bottom of your swing is obviously behind where you are playing the ball in your stance. Two very easy things you can do. First thing and the better solution is to check to be sure you are starting your downswing with your hips (see Hogan's 'Five Lessons' chapter 4). Second thing is a quick fix. Take a few swings and see where the bottom of your swing is compared to where the ball is in your stance. Then just move the ball back to where the bottom of your swing is. Let me reiterate that this is just a quick fix, not a permanent solution. The permanent solution is the first suggestion, ie. fix your swing. Hope this helps. Btw. I do know from personal experience how frustrating it is to chunk it time after time.
after falling while carrying range balls to wash I wrecked my lead shoulder just after I found out I have a brusitis in the lag shoulder.
My new goal is to regain the 2.5 -3 clubs in distance I lost. This sucks.
