Huge shout out to Sean with customer service. I ordered my Heavenwood over the holiday and was so excited I forgot to use the promo code FROSTY. I made mention of it in an Email but said it wasnt a big deal. My mistake ya know... Well Sean hooked me up and credited my account immediately.
