I just wanted to take a minute to express how impressed I was with my most recent ordering experience. Brian MacDuffee was awesome to work with in making a special order and trade in. He took extra time to make sure that everything was perfect and answered every question I had. I ordered a driver with a shaft that had extra length so swing weights were going to be off so he refered me to Corperate to make sure that I could get the weights that i would need to bring it back to standard when i wanted to use my other shaft that i already have. If Callaway didn't already have all of my business they would have earned it with this order and great experience.
They are indeed awesome, I had issues ordering from the website, called them on the phone in less than 10 minutes my order was completed and sent with free shipping.
Don't remember the name of the rep on the phone, but still great customer service
I had a different experience when I tried to order custom wedges. I currently have vokey wedges and was going to switch to Callaway but didn't get much help by phone and no response at all by email. If I didn't like my irons, hybrids and driver then I would have switched brands. I still have my vokey wedges and don't plan on changing due to my experience in trying to custom build new wedges.
@Sarah_f I just saw your post about your problem ordering custom wedges. I know it's been 3 1/2 months, but I would suggest that you ask for Brian MacDuffie. He is the best. Also recommend that you take a look at the PM Grind MackDaddy wedges. They have a little higher toe and the grooves go all the way out to the toe of the club. I have the 56, 60 and 64 degree PM Grind wedges and I love them. Great bite when chipping. The U grind bounce is great out of the sand and around the green. Even from tight lies. I have had mine about a year and have holed out with all of them multiple times. Don't know what level golfer you are. Sounds like pretty advanced. I've been playing north of 54 years and still carrying 7.8 index. Love the Callaway branded clubs up and down the bag.
