My buddies and I play a dot game. You can assign whatever money value you want to each dot... You win the hole, you get a dot. You MUST win the hole, if anyone ties you off, the dot carries to the next hole. That's the basis, but then you add in the extras. An extra dot for a birdie, 2 extra dots for an eagle. But again, you must win the hole to get the extras if you tie, no dots are awarded. Another dot is awarded to closest to the hole on par 3's. But that dot is awarded taken away and added to the other players if whoever got the closest 3 putts and gets a bogey. A dot for a sandie, or a drained putt over 25 ft. You can add other stuff as you and your buddies see fit. Add dots up at the end of the round and settle up. For example if dots are worth $1... and If you have 12 dots your buddies have 6. They each owe you $6
We play a card game 1 card for a one putt par, 2 cards for a birdie or a sandy, 3 cards for an eagle and pay 2 dollars for a 3 putt or an o.b. !0 dollar buy in gets you your base five cards which everyone gets . To make the card game last longer don;t look at your cards and flip each one till somebody can beat the previous card or hand. Best five card hand takes the pot after all the cards are used. Depending on your foursome you will need 2 decks and about 2.5 jugs of beer to play
Hole in one=20
and the junk
birdies 2 additional
For groups of 3 - we play 9's
