I have an apex CF 16 gap wedge with the xp 95 r300...If i wanted to have the recoil ES760 installed, would the overall feel remain the same?
I know sometimes iron head weight weigh out differently for a specific shaft (think mizuno) Thank you for the help
@sandmangator I'm no expert, but first thing I look at is the flex, then the weight of the shaft. i.e. 90g, 110g, etc... After that, you start getting into flexpoint, kickpoint, etc... Best thing I can tell you is try them out at PGASuperstore or some place like that. Then go from there. That's the only real way to check the overall feel.
@sandmangator Go to CPO and just buy another Gap wedge. You can get a single iron for next to nothing with that shaft already in it. It would probably cost more to purchase a shaft and have the work done than just getting one. Atleast check it out bud. If you dont like it then your set wont be jacked up
