@Stumpnav Not precisely. Good swing I think around 90. At 73 I'm not swinging as hard as I was 20 years ago. Keeps me from throwing my back out. These days I just want to get it in play where I can reach the green in regulation with decent shot.
I like that................. Don't worry too much about yardage gaps over 175y
Like I'm precise enough at 200y to be worrying about which part of the green I want to land on........hardy har har har
I'm happy and a bit amazed if I'm on the green from 200y
As you might guess my playing tees with par 3's at 200+ is rare
@X20 Any of us amateurs is happy to hit the green from 200, or even 180 out. Last 1-2 years since I got my GBB HeavenWood I have been hitting more greens with it than before. When I'm swinging well, I actually expect to hit the green or be in the fringe.
I love my long irons. I have the 2008 big bertha irons. They had the 4 and 5 driving iron with a bigger head. Works perfectly for me. I seem to have better results than with hybrids. Haven't found a hybrid yet to replace my long irons.
