Just got the hybrids and irons today. First time out, I was purty impressed. The 3-4H were crazy easy to hit and long. The irons the same way, I did struggle with the 5i for some reason. If I can't figure out what I am doing and get myself fixed lol I may go with the 5H.
Gonna really enjoy these along with the XR16, GBB 3W, and MD3 wedges (54&58).
I also struggle with 5 irons, so much so that I don't even buy them anymore, I play a 5 hybrid instead. In fact I often opt for a 6 hybrid over a 6 iron. I can hit a 6 hybrid much better than 6 iron. Make the game easier for yourself, there is no reason to struggle with clubs that you don't need to hit when there are other options.

2nd outing with them today for 9 holes. For 9 I usually shoot 42-45. I am still not quite used to them yet and shot 2 over for a 37. Hit everything thing well through out the bad. Compared to my Pings I traded for the whole bag IMO has been a good move. My Pings were -1/2" short 1.5 flat, driver and 3W was Reg Flex, Hybrids and irons were senior flex.
The Callaways are all Reg Flex, standard length and 2 flat. I believe this is the cats meow.
So happy with the whole bag! Did stuff today I couldn't do with the Pings
Update: as of now, I am hitting my 5I so well that a hybrid isn't in the radar. The more I play and keep my tempo, easily the best I have played. From driver down, I would say my iron and hybrid play, is the day and night better than previous Pings. My driver and 3W vs previous Pings is also better. Now since I am more used to them, I can't wait for warmer weather to really see how much better they are. Easily the best golf purchase to date.
