There are a couple small details left out of the OP that make more sense to this story. First is the LH and second is its international. The retailer you bought them from gave you a blanket response when receiving your order, that response didnt come from Callaway. Callaway is not going to say "tell everyone 10-15 business days just so we get their money". Thats not how you build the giant they are today. The retailer didnt do their homework on lead times because they too have a piece of the pie to gain. You arent going to buy anything if the retailer says "yep gonna be about 45 days now give me $1500". I understand your frustration in this situation because the only one that gets left out in this is you. I think the events and give aways at the one site skew reviews. People are willing to say anything or do anything it takes for a free trip and free bag of clubs. You can never be sure if what they say is real or a put on to keep the freebies coming. How any manufacturer can trust anything that comes from this is beyond me. For me I want to hear what paying customers have to say about an item. Thats an interesting take. The staff writers there do as good of a job as anyone youll find and they take the job very serious. Im one of those you are referring to who got a free bag and clubs for one of the events and i can say without a shadow of a doubt everything i have said about the equipment has been 100% truth.
