I absolutely love the Rogue Sub Zero 3 wood with the project X HZRDUS yellow stiff shaft. I puchased it after taking it out once on the course for a demo. It is easy to hit and provides the proper ball flight that I am looking for. So I decided to demo the Rogue Sub Zero Driver with the same shaft. I currently play a Taylormade SLDR driver with the loft at 7.5 degree with a Fubuki extra stiff shaft. So I am familiar with low spinning drivers. My problem was that the golf course demo only had a stiff shaft. I absolutely couldn't hit the Rogue at all. I am a 0.9 handicap. I usually can time up any club to where I can at least hit it so so. I could not feel the club head at all and every shot was a lazy skunky pull draw that sounded terrible. I couldn't tell where I was hitting it on the face. I was hitting my driver first then hitting the demo after my playing partners hit. I was hitting my driver really well. So there is no fitter near me that has all the shafts availble to demo. What should I do? suggestiojns? I was pretty excited about new drivers since mine is 6 years old but now I think they may be to light for me. Oh, The only reason I am looking for a new driver is I feel mine is not very forgiving. I figured since my driver is so old that new drivers will be just as long and more forgiving.
